Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2, 2026

Soft-launch note (2026-05): contact information you submit through the lead-request form is shared with selected agencies by email only. The SuperJ voice intake service described in section 6 is not currently active in soft-launch mode and will be enabled in a future release with an updated consent prompt. The consent text shown in the form at the time you submit reflects what the Service actually does today.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InsurConnect (the "Service"), including the website, lead-request forms, chat widget, and any AI connector, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InsurConnect is a digital directory of insurance agencies. We are not an insurance agency, broker, or producer. We do not solicit, negotiate, or sell insurance, and we do not bind, underwrite, or service insurance policies. The Service connects consumers to licensed Texas insurance agencies and their licensed individual agents. All quotes, rate ranges, and product information shown on the Service are estimates only and subject to confirmation by the licensed agency you select.

3. Agent and Agency Data

Agency and agent listings are generated from publicly available Texas Department of Insurance license data, supplemented with web-crawled carrier and contact information. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

Always verify an agent's license status with the Texas Department of Insurance at tdi.texas.gov before purchasing any insurance product.

4. Lead-Request Forms and Consent

When you click a "Request Contact," "Direct Book," or contact-information button, you are presented with a form listing the parties who may contact you, the contact methods authorized, and the marketing purpose. Submitting the form constitutes your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) for those parties to contact you by the methods listed (which may include automatic dialing, automated voice, AI-generated voice, and SMS). Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, saying "stop" on a recorded call, or emailing privacy@insurconnect.ai. Revocation propagates across all parties and channels associated with your submission.

5. Paid Placement Disclosure

Some agencies listed on InsurConnect pay a flat monthly fee for enhanced placement, gold-tier styling, partner-tier lead routing, or featured positioning in search results. Other agencies are listed for directory purposes only based on public license data. Paid placement does not impact the accuracy of your quotes or the agencies available to you. Compensation between InsurConnect and any paid agency is a flat fee independent of any policy issued, sale completed, or quote outcome.

6. SuperJ Intake Service

Voice and text intake is provided by SuperJ, a brand of Libertas Insurance, a Texas-licensed insurance agency. When you authorize voice contact through a lead-request form, SuperJ may place a call to connect you with the agency you selected. SuperJ acts as a connector and does not solicit, quote, or bind insurance on behalf of the receiving agency.

7. Acceptable Use

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are error-free, that quotes will match final premium offered by the agency, or that any specific agency will respond to your request. Insurance is a regulated product; final coverage decisions rest with the licensed agency or carrier you choose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsurConnect's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to one hundred dollars (USD $100). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of any agency listed on the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Contact
